I will arrive at the church about 20 minutes in advance to capture several photos of the bride and others preparing for the big event.

I will photograph the wedding party coming into the church. I shall defer to the wishes of the church regarding flash photography during the ceremony. Non- flash photography can be used with available light. These pictures may have a different appearance.

After the photographs are taken of the wedding party leaving the ceremony, the Wedding party and all others to be photographed with the bride and groom will re-enter the church for the traditional wedding photos. Prior input and requests are welcome. If there are time constraints imposed by the church, other family members wishing to be photographed with the couple should wait until the reception.

During the reception, depending on time, all events will be photographed. I will also be happy to fill photo requests for family and friends.

 Approximately seven working business days after the Wedding the bride and groom will receive the Proof Album, if you receive a Proof Album with the package you choose, and CD of all photographs taken as agreed upon. Discounted Album pricing will be held for 6 months of receiving proof album and CD. Failure to place album orders within 6 months of receiving proof album and CD relieves Al Allen Photography from all contractual obligations. Albums may still be ordered at full retail price.

Cost of the wedding package, $                        Payment of $ 25%          is required at time of signing this agreement. This is to secure the photographer's time on the date and is non-refundable.  

Balance of $                  is due on or before the day of the wedding, must be paid before the start of the ceremony.  Should the photographer be requested to stay beyond the hours of the contract an overtime surcharge of $200.00 per hour will be due, before delivery of the proof book and/or CD.

 Al Allen Photography is appointed the exclusive photographer for the formal poses at the wedding ceremony. This is done to eliminate confusion on the day of the wedding and to have formal photography finished in a timely manner. Family members will defer to Al Allen Photography.

 Reprints, Enlargements and additional Wedding Albums are available at additional cost. Price list included with Proof Album.
